If you are following @ion1c who created untethered jailbreak for current i-device or if you visited website http://bit.ly/lMpLjk and heard that new Ipad-2 jailbreak will not be free than you need not need to worry.
You saw the post made by @comex for the reply to the tweet of @i0n1c.
This all means that new jailbreak for Ipad-2 will be obviously free & by the way @i0n1c himself told that he has no jailbreak for Ipad-2, so how can he tell it would not be free.
