Untether Iphone Verizon(CDMA) Ios 4.2.8 with redsn0w

Step 1:- Download these files first

• Download Ios 4.2.8
• Download Itunes
• Download Redsn0w

Step 2:- Now update iphone to ios 4.2.8 through itunes.

Step 3:- Jailbreak your iphone through redsn0w.(how to)

Step 4:- Now, once again run redsn0w.

Step 5:- Browse the downloaded ipsw.

Step 6:- In the options just click and select boot tethered only.

Step 7:- Click next and let the process continue on Pc & then on Iphone.

Step 8:- After iphone get started from the homescreen click on cydia

Step 9: Click the Source tab.

Step 10: Click on edit and then on "Add". You will be prompted to enter a url source

Step 11: Type "Http://djayb6.com" and add the source

Step 12: After the cydia refreshes and downloads all packages reload it

Step 13:- Click on the added source "http://djayb6.com" download & install package.
