Try these steps:-
Restore with your previous backup.If it fails to solve, restore your iphone to different firmware version then you have.Even if not solved then, try restoring with custom firmware.
Best answer:- Keep your iphone in Freezer for approximately 10minutes. Most of the users solve wifi issues with this method, i even solved 3 iPhones.
