Confirmed: Apple did not kill the untether vulnerability in 4.3.3 - my iPod 4 is running untethered jailbroken at 4.3.3
As I0n1c Aka Stefan Esser described in his twitter untether vulnerability is not killed by apple in ios 4.3.3.He will need some time to build binaries, which is changed/renewed with every version.
